In this 2-day training we take you to the crime scene “project” and expand your skills and competences on the topics “people”, “processes” and “communication” in a project.
We will deal with these topics in interactive role plays and on the basis of your concrete practical cases, regardless of the project management method you use. Two trainers are available to you throughout the training.

Contents of the 2-day seminar:
This training focuses on the practical application of project management with regard to people, processes and communication. Using case studies and role plays, participants learn:
- Apply the phases of project management (identification to control of the project),
- Identify problems that arise and deal with them appropriately,
- Efficiently manage short-term changes in project teams to meet agreed targets, costs and timelines,
- To find ideas and solutions to problems,
- Reflect on their work and self-organisation,
- Develop their communication skills to resolve difficult situations and conflicts, motivate the team and inspire them towards common goals.
